    Thank you for the description of green strains. I’ve been using kratom for about 18mos. White maeng da is my go to. I take it before working out and to keep me energized and focused at work and it helps me to get so much more done in daily life. Red maeng da in the evening to relax. My wife uses it to ease her fibro pain.
